Here is a giant gamp – it will be a summer blanket for many picnics I hope! These are a few of the threadings from the Large threadings gamp from JST guild Season 4. Woven in 8/4 cotton at 12 epi. This makes a very soft supple blanket suitable as a baby blanket, though some of these threadings have longish floats which are not so stable at this sett. It will do for a picnic blanket, but I would close up the sett a little more if I do any more such blankets so they would be a little more durable for throwing on the ground.
